I liked:
The room was in a nice contemporary style and the staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Bed was comfortable. The room was very small, but nice appointed and I wasn't in London to hang in my hotel room. The price was very reasonable. The location was perfect--two blocks north of Hyde Park and about 3 blocks to Paddington Station. Convenient to several tube lines. Heathrow access was excellent. I was running all over London and this was a nice, comfortable place to come back to. I did not eat there as 12 pounds for breakfast seemed excessive, but there were several grocery stores nearby and I would grab some fruit and water for the room. And of course there was an electric teapot in the room. I was very happy with this hotel; I would absolutely stay there again.
I disliked:
Only two coat hangers in the closet, which was the tiniest closet I've ever seen--the room was so small the closet was flat! Hysterical. Twice my room key did not work and I had to go back down to the desk to have it fixed. I consider these very small problems.

I liked:
Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful! We are in fact very impressed with the bellboy, Yulian, whom we have observed to be a very attentive and polite staff with a ready smile and warm greetings at all times. He is also very pro-active and offers his help to carry any luggage of the guests very promptly. When there were no arriving or departing guests, he went the extra mile to even help the hotel place a bowl of fruits on the coffee table in the lobby. When he found something left in between the sofa seats, he was sharp to spot it and handed to the reception staff immediately,
Complimentary breakfast was filling and tasty. Hotel shower room is modern and clean with powerful shower.
I disliked:
Nothing! The small size of the room in fact made it cosier to be in!

I liked:
My wife and I were upgraded to this hotel from Best Western Paddington Court and we were not disappointed. Accomodation was excellent. Rooms were fairly small, but how much time do you spend in your room? and they were extremely comfortable. Upgrade included complimentary breakfast which was excellent. Staff were efficient and friendly and we were able to leave our luggage on the last day until we were ready to leave. Really handy for Paddington station and Hyde Park and only a few tube stops to The West End. will definitely stay again.
I disliked:
Can't think of anything negative to say.

I liked:
The hotel is very well run, with friendly staff who can't do enough for you. The Hotel has spotlessly clean rooms that have a contempory look and is good value for money the shower room was fab. Next time I stay in London I will definatly book there.
